(1) Judges, social workers, child experts or child psychologists will collectively conduct hearings in children's court or children's court. However, even if all or none of the social workers, child experts or child psychologists are present in the child court, the action taken by the judge will not be invalid.
(2) Social workers, child experts or child psychologists will submit their written opinion to the judge.
(3) After receiving the opinion according to sub-rule (2), the judge will decide the case.
